TECHNIQUE 1
This combination requires the trainer to be equipped with boxing gloves, a belly pad ans shin pads. Start by executing this technique slowly and increase the pace. Execute this technique with lots of movement, emphasis should be placed on kicking hard so that the block is trained.
Bulldog tip : Repeat this twice but finish with a roundhouse kick.
TECHNIQUE 2
This combination requires the trainer to be equipped with focus mitts and a belly pad. This technique is a fast hand to leg attack involving counter attacking. Start by executing this technique quickly and then build up the power.
Bulldog tip : Substitute the left hook with a rip to the body and the high roundhouse kick to a mid-section knee.
TECHNIQUE 3
This combination requires the trainer to be equipped with a kick pad, focus mitt and a belly pad. This is a simple technique, but it is not often used in the ring. Execute this technique with as much power as possible.
Bulldog tip : Switch this combination, so you finish kicking with your left leg.
TECHNIQUE 4
This combination requires the trainer to be equipped with forearms pads, a belly pad and shin pads. Execute this technique hard with lots of movement.
Bulldog tip : Vary the roundhouse kick from high, mid and low.
TECHNIQUE 5
This combination requires the trainer to be equipped with boxing gloves, a belly pad and shin pads. Start by executing this technique slowly and increase the pace.
Bulldog tip : Finish with an elbow.
TECHNIQUE 6
This combination requires the trainer to be equipped with boxing gloves, a belly pad and shin pads. Start by executing this technique slowly and increase the pace. Ecevute this technique with lots of movement, emphasis should be placed on kicking hard so that the block is trained.
Bulldog tip : Repeat this twice but finish with a high roundhouse kick.
