Bulldog Pups – 4-7 years old

At Bulldog Gym, our Bulldog Pups classes focus on growth, fun, and the thrill of earning new colours as kids progress! Our fully graded system provides exciting levels to strive for, keeping the energy high and the smiles bright. But it’s not just about learning the art of Muay Thai; it’s also about developing key life skills, fostering respect and self-discipline, learning to set and achieve goals, and building coordination, strength, and self-belief. Bulldog Kids – 8-12 years old

Is focused on teaching respect, discipline, and essential life skills. Our program places greater emphasis on Muay Thai techniques that enhance coordination, strength, and overall fitness, helping kids build self-confidence and develop a stronger sense of community.

Bulldog Teens

Our teens classes offer a full-body workout that improves fitness, builds strength, and enhances coordination, while also instilling self-discipline and focus that can benefit their studies and daily life.
